Diana

Born in the Czech Republic, Diana decided to make Australia home in 2000.
Achieving a full time scholarship in the Queensland academy of sports for beach volleyball, where she represented Australia in the 2008 World Tour in Adelaide!

Diana discovered Pilates 12 years ago after having her second child.
Practising Pilates helped her to build a strong, flexible body and eliminate pre-existing hip and lower back issues.

Her passion for Pilates led Diana to become a qualified instructor, to help empower other people through this form of exercise.
Diana believes that a strong and flexible body enables the freedom of movement, which then leads to a happier and more enjoyable life.

Her goal in teaching Pilates is to build strong bodies, get people moving and help create healthy habits through commitment, focus and consistency.

Jess

My journey with pilates began in high school to alleviate chronic back pain due to having scoliosis. Pilates makes me feel stronger, lengthened and more aware of my body and I no longer have back pain! I realised that I found my purpose to be a Pilates instructor due to my own spinal challenges together with my passion to connect with people and help them feel stronger, more flexible and pain free. Looking forward to teaching the lovely people at Inside Out Pilates!

Amanda

My Pilates Journey started in 2014, to strengthen, support and mobilise my body ensuring functional movement; allowing me to fulfil my daily physical duties. Through my journey I fell in love with the movement of Pilates and how it felt in my body.

I am deeply passionate, dedicated and committed to supporting the community. I love caring and helping people, allowing them to move freely within their bodies.

I believe in everybody and that we all have the ability to heal our bodies with awareness of movement, through mind and body connection.

I am extremely passionate about the body and helping people move freely within their bodies.

Greg

My journey with Pilates started in 2022 following a recommendation from a back
surgeon, as a way to help manage the pain of multiple bulged discs, which was
causing nerve pain down my entire right leg and lower back.
Within a few weeks I could feel the benefits in my body, and my pain levels
decreasing. I feel in love with the Pilates philosophy. I completed a Diploma of
Contemporary Pilates, and now love to help people along their own personal
Pilates journey, to feel strong and mobile within their own bodies, and love to
teach people about Pilates philosophies, breathing and mindfulness.
After 30 yrs of being a tradie, Pilates has helped me to become strong, mobile
and pain free.

Sammy

Sammy is an experienced Yoga and Pilates teacher. She first found her passion for Pilates and Yoga in her late teens. Whilst living in New York to pursue a career in Fashion, she decided to take the first step to deepening this love of Pilates into her first teacher training course. It was at this moment that Sammy realised that she wanted to share this passion as far as she could. 8 years on, Sammy has continued on to deepen this love through countless training's. Nothing brings Sammy more joy than to support her students on their journey of self discovery through a holistic mind body connection. Sammy is passionate about teaching about the breath and how this can be both a guide and an anchor at the same time. Her intention is to make her students feel stronger not just physically, but internally too - she wants her students to feel stronger from the inside out.

Chavonne

I am passionate about movement, people and the benefits and joys that come with moving the body. Being a professional dancer, former dance teacher and an aerialist, I have a great understanding of movement, body alignment, muscle flexibility and the importance of music to get you through that 'glute burn'.

Not one to sit still, I'm constantly moving and grooving to music, so it just makes sense that I loves to include some upbeat music routines to some of my classes. My aim is to bring a fun, energetic and creative 50min to your day whilst creating a safe space where you feel comfortable to give things a go, not take yourself too seriously and just move and groove.
Bringing together all of my knowledge of reformer pilates, movement and being a dancer, my classes will energise you, help improve your flexibility, strength and alignment while making  you feel good and distracted from the everyday hustle and bustle.

Elle

After eight years in the London rat race, I’ve returned home with a renewed focus on living a more balanced, holistic life — and Pilates has been a big part of that journey.

Being healthy and active has always been a part of my life, but discovering Pilates was a game-changer. It’s one of the few practices that strengthens, grounds, and energises you all at once — whether you’re a tradie, desk-bound, running after kids, or somewhere in between. Pilates builds strength, improves mobility, and helps you feel more at home in your body. That’s what drew me in — and why I became an instructor: to share those benefits with others, no matter where they’re starting from.

My approach is simple: Pilates is for everybody. I’m here to help you move better, feel stronger, and leave each session feeling energised and ready to tackle your day — with a smile.

Emily

I discovered Pilates while raising my children and it quickly became part of my regular routine. I was immediately drawn to the supportive environment and the physical and mental benefits it offered. After years of practicing, I knew becoming an instructor was the perfect next step. I trained with Studio Pilates International and am now excited to share the positive benefits and enjoyment with others.

Looking forward to bringing you some fun classes with good music and a place where everyone will feel like they can get through that Pilates burn together!
