May Momentum Challenge Information

This class is suitable for beginners to advanced levels. In this class we are practising classical Reformer Pilates movements and their variations. In this class you will experience a full body workout that will improve your overall strength, mobility, flexibility and balance. In this class you will continue to progress and perfect Reformer Pilates movements. 

This class is suitable for clients who have a good understanding of Reformer Pilates exercises and are not experiencing any difficulties moving or suffer from an acute injury.
This class is for clients who want to be challenged further through performing Pilates exercises with higher intensity while utilising props like jump board and weights.

Taking care of good mobility is vital to leading a more fulfilling and independent life. It leads to better functionality, a lower risk of falls, and greater independence. Clinical Reformer is a slow pace class which caters for clients who need to focus on balance, mobility and overall strength, for example senior clients or clients returning to exercise after an injury. Clients in this class will use the Reformer and other equipment (e.g. Bosu ball, sliding discs and therabands). This class caters for maximum of 4 clients.
