Reformer Pilates with Diana
In this class we are practising Reformer Pilates movements at beginner to advanced levels. We focus on technique and progression, while keeping the exercises challenging and suitable for anyone.
Practising Reformer Pilates will improve your core strength, mobility, flexibility and focus.
Reformer Pilates with Jess
This class is suitable for beginners to advanced clients. Exercises can be modified to cater to different clients abilities.
The focus of this class is to improve flexibility, core strength and overall muscle tone with sequential creative flow and dynamic movements.
Reformer/Equipment
Reformer/Equipment is a slow pace class that caters for clients who need to focus on balance, mobility and overall strength, for example, senior clients or clients returning to exercise after an injury.
Clients in this class will use the Reformer and other equipment (e.g. Bosu ball, sliding discs and therabands).
This class caters for maximum of four clients.
Reformer Strength
This class is suitable for clients who have a good understanding of Reformer Pilates exercises and are not experiencing any difficulties moving or suffer from an acute injury.
This class is for clients who want to be challenged further through performing intermediate to advanced exercises through utilising props like jump board and weights.
Gentle Reformer
Our Gentle Reformer Class, focuses on slow, deliberate movements for improved strength, mobility, flexibility, and coordination. Ideal for gentle challenges, it suits those seeking balanced fitness. Our adaptable exercises cater to diverse needs, ensuring comfort and engagement for all. Progress at your pace, honouring individual abilities.
Reformer Stretch
This beautiful class is designed to go deeper into full body Stretch, Release & Massage. Allowing for mobility, length, release of tension, connection and awareness to breath through movement. In this class we focus on releasing pain, softening and relaxing within your body after each class.
Introductory Class
Our Introductory Class is suitable for clients who have never done Reformer Pilates before or would like to refresh their knowledge.
In this class we show you how to use the Reformer, go through basic exercises, discuss our booking system and answer any questions you might have. After this class you will have a basic understanding of Reformer Pilates and you will be ready to join a regular class.
This class is 45 min long and costs $20. You can book this class online.
